Vertical for Vegetable Seeds

We at Nath Bio-Genes (India) Limited are happy to announce the creation of a New Vertical subdivision, within the Company to focus on the vegetable seeds business. We have built a dedicated team of around 30 personnel for the Sales and marketing of vegetable seeds. The aim is to penetrate and expand the fast-growing hybrid vegetable seeds.

It is a very significant move, as it puts emphasis on highly profitable vegetable seed business:

Reduces seasonality on our sales: Vegetable seeds sell through the year, hence it would reduce imbalances in our sales pattern, which was highly tilted towards Kharif crops.

Better margin product: Vegetable seeds are better margin products, compared to field crops. The increasing contribution of vegetable seeds will improve the overall profitability of the company.

We are pursuing a goal of increasing vegetable seeds contribution to around 25% of overall revenues over the next 3 years.
